1. A real experience A review must be based on a visit or a service you received. Do not review on someone else's behalf. 2. Honest ratings The rating should match your experience. Reviews written for money, gifts or discounts must not be posted without a clear disclosure. An owner must not post fake praise of their own business. 3. Respect Insults, hate, threats, harassment and personal attacks are not allowed. Criticism can be direct. It cannot be abuse of a person. 4. Privacy and the law Do not publish another person's phone number, address, identity document or private messages. Do not request or promote illegal goods, services or content. 5. Photos Photos must be yours, relevant to the place or service, and not sexual or violent. Do not single out another person's face without permission. 6. Owner replies Owners may reply. Threatening a reviewer, exposing their personal data, or pressuring them to delete a review is not allowed. 7. Enforcement We may remove a review and suspend or close an account.
