Last updated: 4 November 2026 1. Service CryptoBanks Reviews lists local businesses and publishes user reviews. By using the site you accept these terms. We do not provide payments, cryptocurrency or investment services. 2. Accounts Your details must be accurate. You are responsible for your account. You may not impersonate another person. 3. User content You confirm that reviews and photos are yours or that you have the right to share them. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, moderate and back up that content. The licence ends within a reasonable time after you delete the content, except copies we must keep by law. 4. Prohibited conduct Fake, paid or undisclosed promotional reviews; harassment, hate or threats; publishing someone else's private data; illegal content; spam and interference with the service. 5. Listings Listings may be added by users or owners. We do not guarantee that every detail is current. Ratings are opinions. 6. Moderation We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts. That does not remove any legal duty you have. 7. Liability The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for user content or for what a business does. Mandatory consumer rights stay in force. 8. Ending access You may close your account. We may end access if these terms are broken. 9. Law Turkish law applies.
